Order Processing
Online orders will be processed within 3 business days after payment has been verified. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If a purchased item is no longer available, you will be notified via email and sent a full refund to the original form of payment. 
 
 
Shipping
Items are shipped from our Brooklyn store via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Transit times are estimates, and Public Records is not responsible for any mail carrier delays.
 
 
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Public Records is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once the package has been picked up by the mail carrier. 
 
 
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available checkout. Orders will be ready within 24 business hours. Store hours are 10 - 5 Tuesday - Friday / 12 - 6 Saturday / 12 - 5 Sunday. You can email david@publicrecords.nyc to inquire about the status of your order any time.
