If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund to the original form of payment. No price adjustments or exchanges.
All purchases of books, magazines, and records are final sale.
Online Returns
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in original condition. Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 3 days for returns to be processed. Public Records reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return standards.

In-Store Returns
Merchandise purchased in-store may be returned in-store or by mail within 7 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment. Original purchase receipt required.
